Log unlimited hours, check every month against the BACB’s actual rules, and print your Monthly Verification Forms. No card, no countdown, no ads.
Your hours, forms, and exports are never locked behind a plan. That’s written into our Terms.
The paperwork is an obligation, not a convenience. So none of it is for sale.
Hours, supervisors, supervision contacts, observation minutes, settings, and the notes your record needs. Every entry, every month, no cap.
Every month graded against the exact rule set that applies to you: hour range, supervised percentage, observation minutes, the group cap, and the 60% unrestricted split.
Monthly and Final: one page per supervisor with every field the BACB form asks for, the attestation, both signature lines, and the signing deadline. Print or save the PDF; e-sign on Core.
A six-week calendar of your entries, monthly summaries with totals and contacts, and the restricted-hours budget for the whole fieldwork.
Switching trackers? Retype one month of totals at a time from your old tracker’s summary page; the form steps back a month after each save. A year moves in minutes.
Export everything any time: one Excel workbook, CSVs, or raw JSON. Nothing you log is ever locked, whether or not you ever pay. The BACB says keep records 7 years; we act like it.
The BACB applies the rules in force when your application is received, not when you earned the hours. Tell the tracker when you plan to apply, and every month is checked against the right set.
Verified against the BCBA Handbook (06/2026), the 2027 BCBA Requirements, and the BACB’s Transition Guidance. The 60% unrestricted rule and the 50% group cap are unchanged in both sets.
No export from your old tracker? You don’t need one. Open its totals page next to ours and copy one month at a time. Imported months count toward your checks, your projections, and your verification forms immediately, and you can edit or remove them any time.
Signed paper forms from your old months stay valid; the record simply lives somewhere that will never charge you to see it.
The tracker never stops being free. Paying adds the workflow around it, and the exam prep it lives inside.
Logging, monthly compliance checks, verification forms, the calendar, imports, and exports are free on every plan, and our Terms say the tracker stays available if a paid plan ends. What costs money is the exam prep and the forecasting on top, never the record itself.
Both. You pick by the date you plan to apply for certification, which is how the BACB picks. Applying on or after January 1, 2027 means the 2027 rules apply to every month, including the ones you accrued earlier; the tracker checks accordingly and prints the matching form.
Minutes, not evenings. The importer takes one month of totals at a time, the same numbers your old tracker's summary shows, and steps back a month after each save. Imported months count toward your checks, projections, and verification forms immediately.
The log is built for initials only, and the form says so where you type: no client names, no identifying details, in any field. Your record prints on forms and exports, so it should never contain more than a supervisor needs to sign.
Always. One click exports your whole record as an Excel workbook, CSVs, or raw JSON, with supervisors by name and readable columns. Leaving has to be easy for staying to mean anything.
